Can I get a loan even if I have bad credit or no credit?
Yes, we use several different banks so we are able to approve almost all customers even if you have no credit, bad credit, repossessions even bankruptcy.
How long does the process take?
It depends on how fast you get your paperwork back to us. We are usually able to ship the computer the same day you return your paperwork depending on the time of day the order is received.
Why do I need to submit a credit application before I can get an exact quote?

How many payments will I have to make?
Depending on your ETS (end of service) date you loan can be from 12 months to 36 months. Most loans are for 24 months in order to minimize finance charges.
How long does it take to get approved?

Are the computers new?
Yes, all computers are the latest technology shipped directly to you in the original box. We do not sell used or remanufactured computers.
What kind of warranty will I receive?
You will have a full one year warranty with tech support from the manufacturer. Extended warranties are available.
How will my computer be shipped?
Computers are shipped within the continental U.S. by UPS or FEDEX ground. Faster shipping is avaliable at an additional charge.
Overseas computers are shipped priority mail through the U.S. Postal service and are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days. Computers are normally shipped within 24 hours
How do I track my shipment?
Just login to your account and follow the link provided to follow your delivery.
What if my computer is lost or damaged during shipping?
We will ship a new computer immediately. Always keep the damaged shipping box to show the delivery driver when he returns with the new computer. We have very few problems with shipping.
What if I change my mind?
You can always cancel the contract at any time with no cost to you as long as you have not opened the computer box. Once the box is opened we are unable to return the computer to the manufacturer.
